Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or portfolio management experience coordinating multiple initiatives.
• Experience supporting data and analytics environments with data eng / BI teams.
• Strong understanding of portfolio planning, demand management, and dependency management.
• Solid foundation in Agile and Kanban delivery practices.
• Familiarity with Jira, monday.com, or similar tools.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Excellent communication and executive presence to engage senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of data and analytics initiatives aligned to strategic priorities.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable priorities, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with relationship managers to manage requests, backlog, and competing demands.
• Coordinate with data engineering, analytics, data science, and business teams to align resources.
• Establish portfolio visibility into status, risks, capacity, timelines, and progress.
• Apply Agile/Kanban methods to drive accountability and execution with minimal admin overhead.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and reports showing portfolio performance and ROI.
• Support prioritization of data science initiatives and communicate value to stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to automate routine tasks and improve reporting.
