Experis Technology Group seeks a Data Center Portfolio Management Analyst to support a fast-growing real estate development portfolio. This remote role focuses on data management, analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate portfolio information across AMERs regions.

The ideal candidate has data science, real estate, or computer science background, strong communication, and portfolio management skills, plus 3–5+ years in related analytics roles.

Qualifications

• Experience building, maintaining, and managing databases or structured data systems with data quality controls.
• Data governance standards including definitions, reporting requirements, validation, and documentation.
• Ability to collect, validate, reconcile, and interpret data across multiple sources while ensuring portfolio data quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain portfolio data across databases, systems, and reporting tools for Land Development and Site Services.
• Track data points across the real estate development lifecycle including due diligence, land acquisition, entitlements, permitting, and construction.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into portfolio status, milestones, and risks.
• Validate and reconcile portfolio information across source systems and dashboards.
• Support portfolio reviews and leadership updates with accurate data and insights.
