Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics for Supply Chain and Manufacturing to lead the data and analytics delivery lifecycle across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement. You will shape data sourcing, modeling and productization for analytics use cases and set ingestion requirements for scalable analytics.

You will own a multi-year analytics roadmap, supervise data teams, and partner with governance on data quality and security while driving adoption and value

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years in data engineering, BI and analytics, including 4+ years leading data teams.
Ability to read enterprise data in context of business goals and operations.
Experience owning a portfolio or roadmap for a defined business area.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between Data & Analytics and business leadership across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement.
Own a multi-year analytics roadmap and backlog aligned to objectives.
Define business cases, expected benefits and success measures for analytics investments and report on value realization.
