Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a Director, Data & Analytics for Supply Chain and Manufacturing. This leader drives the data and analytics lifecycle across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement, shaping data sourcing, modeling and productization for prioritized use cases, with deep technical depth on ingestion designs and scalable analytics.

The role partners with functional leaders, owns a multi-year analytics roadmap, champions data product reuse, and guides governance, adoption, and cost

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of modern data platform architecture, warehouse and lakehouse patterns.
• Ability to read enterprise data in the context of business goals and processes.
• Experience with BI and visualization platforms and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics delivery across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Own multi-year analytics roadmap and backlog; prioritize work with sponsors.
• Define business cases, benefits and success metrics for analytics investments.
