Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a data and analytics partner to align BU data strategies with the enterprise D&A strategy and drive measurable value across the organization. You will deliver executive-level analyses, roadmaps, and actionable insights through structured consulting engagements from assessment to activation.

Responsibilities include working with senior stakeholders, conducting maturity assessments, and leading workshops to realize value from a shared cloud data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Translate business strategy into D&A strategy, programs and initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Structure ambiguous business problems and translate findings into leadership recommendations.
• Develop KPI/metric frameworks and scorecards for progress tracking.
• Apply change management and org development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, & prioritize opportunities for data solutions with senior stakeholders.
• Support data strategy engagements aligning BU data strategy with enterprise D&A strategy.
• Conduct current-state cloud data maturity assessments and establish baselines.
• Facilitate workshops and governance forums for diverse audiences.
• Produce executive-level deliverables including roadmaps and readouts.
• Support GTM strategy and activation for data products.
