Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to partner with Workplace Infrastructure & Logistics and Administrative Services, delivering advanced analytics, KPI frameworks, and enterprise reporting. You will drive data-driven decision making and create dashboards that support resource planning and performance management.

The role emphasizes data governance, cross-functional collaboration, and developing scalable analytics solutions across multiple systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of data analysis experience.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM/database reporting tools.
Familiarity with querying and/or programming for data analysis.
Basic understanding of visualization & reporting components.
Knowledge of statistical methods, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
Research skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
Analyze operational performance across facilities, workplace services, and support functions.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through root cause analysis, modeling, and business case development.
Design and implement KPI frameworks that align activities with objectives.
Develop performance scorecards for operational, tactical, and executive reporting.
Collaborate with data owners to improve data trust and governance.
