Job summary

Impact Scale is seeking an experienced Data Analyst who will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that shape business strategy and improve operational performance. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to define KPIs, analyze performance, and drive data‑driven decision making across the organization.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with large datasets, SQL querying, dashboard development, and applying statistical methods to business problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, BI, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills across multiple datasets.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets with data modelling capabilities.
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and data interpretation.
• Experience with Python or R preferred.
• Ability to solve ambiguous analytical problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI monitoring systems.
• Partner with leadership to define KPIs and analyze performance.
• Validate reporting accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Transform business questions into structured analytical approaches.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
