Job summary

First Advantage is hiring a Strategic Customer Success Data Analyst for a 100% remote position in the United States. You will partner with high-value accounts to uncover needs, define strategies, and deliver data-driven solutions that support business goals, tracking adoption and performance with dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in customer support or data analytics.
• Proven expertise in data analysis, reporting and customer success with 2-4 years in analytics/reporting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Teams, and Salesforce CRM; BI tools a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present data clearly and insightfully.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team with multiple priorities.
• Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service levels and client satisfaction to identify issues or opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Salesforce and internal systems.
• Identify data quality issues and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new solutions and provide technical support.
• Prepare and present analytical insights for Quarterly Business Reviews and client analyses.
• Work with development and project teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage data integration and ETL processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with account representatives at all levels.
