You will partner with high-value accounts to deliver data-driven insights, monitor program health, and manage service center requests while maintaining CSAT standards.

The role requires 4+ years in customer support or analytics, strong Excel/Salesforce skills, and the ability to communicate complex data clearly across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer support, data analytics or related field.
• 2-4 years in analytics/reporting role.
• Proficient with Excel, Teams, and Salesforce; BI tools a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor service levels and client satisfaction to identify issues or opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports/dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and internal systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new solutions and provide support.
• Prepare analytical insights for Quarterly Business Reviews and client analyses.
• Ensure data quality and timely resolution of billing issues.
