First Advantage is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Data Analyst to partner with high-value accounts, delivering data-driven insights, reporting, and dashboards to monitor program health, adoption, and retention. This role emphasizes proactive analysis, SLAs, and CSAT, with strong communication across client and internal teams.

This is a 100% remote position based in the United States, with occasional travel required.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED; 4+ years in customer support, data analytics, or related field.
• 2-4 years in analytics/reporting role; data analysis, reporting, and customer success.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Teams, and Salesforce CRM; BI tools a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; present data clearly.
• Able to work in a cross-functional team and manage multiple priorities.
• Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.

• Monitor service levels and client satisfaction to identify issues or opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Salesforce.
• Identify data quality issues and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new solutions.
• Present analytical insights for Quarterly Business Reviews and client analyses.
• Manage data integration, ETL processes, and data loading.
• Build client relationships and support account success.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing/tech challenges.
• Test product enhancements and support client programs.
• Provide training and job aids for teams and customers.
