Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, technical pre‑sales, or a senior hands‑on technical role.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL — live coding, debugging, and solution‑building.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture: pipelines, streaming, lakehouse, cloud‑native.
• Proficient on the Databricks Platform with a developing technical specialization.
• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with senior technical stakeholders.
• Experience with production deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Track record of driving platform adoption and consumption growth.
• Excellent communication skills to translate architectures into business value.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to deployment.
• Lead complex architecture discussions spanning data engineering, ML/AI, and analytics.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer architects and engineering leads.
• Drive technical wins with custom-built solutions.
• Develop an emerging technical specialization for the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver complex customer solutions.
• Influence product direction based on customer needs and gaps.
