Job summary

Billtrust in Nashville, TN seeks a Program Manager, Business & Data to structure ambiguous problems and drive data-driven decisions. You will build financial and operational models and use AI tools to accelerate analysis, partnering across Strategy, Customer, Go-to-Market, Finance and Operations.

You’ll join a build-from-scratch Strategy Office and own end-to-end execution of strategic programs, with a focus on speed and accuracy in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT/Data, or Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, finance, or a related analytical role.
Demonstrated ability to build AI into personal workflows for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
Advanced Excel or equivalent modeling tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

Take a loosely defined business question and structure it into a clear analytical approach.
Build financial and operational models to size opportunities and support decisions.
Use AI tools to accelerate data pulls, cleaning, and first-pass analysis.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership.
Own end-to-end execution of Strategic Programs/Initiatives and drive to closure.
Identify risks and dependencies across cross-functional workstreams.
