You will partner with engineering, translate technical complexity for leadership, and use AI co-work agents to draft documents and status updates, freeing time for critical judgment calls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT/Data, or Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical program or project management.
• Experience building AI into personal and team workflows to plan, track, and report on programs.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure it into a plan with clear owners and dates.
• Strong written and verbal communication to flex between technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of assigned technical programs and Strategic Programs/Initiatives from scope definition through delivery.
• Convert a scattered list into a structured plan with owners, dates, and dependencies, then chase it down to closure.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting for technical initiatives including internal AI development portfolio.
• Partner with engineering teams and translate updates for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Use AI co-work agents to draft technical documentation, meeting summaries, and status updates.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies before they stall a build.
