BILL is a remote-first fintech company hiring a Risk Data Analyst to support the Risk Management division. You will help translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes across credit, fraud, and reputational risk through data-driven insights.

You will coordinate program management, vendor relations, and automation initiatives to reduce manual processes, while building dashboards for executives and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management or portfolio analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with autonomy over deliverables and timelines.
• Vendor management experience including ROI tracking and audits.
• Strong knowledge of payment products and risk domains (credit, fraud, reputational).
• Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable presentations for multi-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and execution of strategic portfolio plans from scoping through completion.
• Build operating frameworks and deploy automation/AI tools to reduce manual workflows.
• Design high-quality dashboards in Tableau, AWS QuickSight or similar tools for leadership.
• Manage third-party vendors, track performance, ROI, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment and define clear timelines and recommendations.
• Partner with risk analysts to design data-driven control strategies.
• Oversee governance and documentation within the Risk division.
