Qualifications

• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate challenges into execution plans.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Experience with Generative AI, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Data-driven decision making and measuring business outcomes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Chief of Staff to drive strategic initiatives and executive priorities.
• Lead cross-functional programs delivering high-impact initiatives on aggressive timelines.
• Translate strategy into actionable program plans with milestones and ownership.
