Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex technology, data, or transformation programs.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong program management skills: planning, organization, execution.

• Experience operating within regulated environments with governance, risk and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for strategic data analytics and AI initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, and roadmaps across workstreams.
• Coordinate release planning, readiness reviews, and production deployments.
• Facilitate alignment and communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
