Job summary

Matrix-International Financial Services is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end Data & AI programs for enterprise clients. This hands-on technical leader will drive scope, schedule, budget, and governance across multiple workstreams while guiding onshore/offshore teams.

You will partner with client executives and data leaders to translate business goals into practical delivery strategies, ensure production readiness, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience leading complex data, analytics, or AI programs in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Hands-on working knowledge of Snowflake and/or Databricks in production environments.
• Ability to discuss modern data architectures (lakehouse, data catalogs, governance) and data workflows.
• Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, data integration tools, and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong executive presence and proven stakeholder management at C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data & AI delivery programs from kickoff to production and steady state.
• Manage multi-workstream teams across onshore/offshore locations.
• Oversee architecture alignment, governance, and production readiness.
• Drive delivery quality, staffing, and ramp-up plans with practice leadership.
• Engage in pre-sales pursuits and help shape proposals, SOWs, and delivery approaches.
