Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology delivery, consulting, or professional services.
• 5+ years leading complex data, analytics, or AI programs.
• Hands‑on experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks in production.
• Experience in a consulting environment with SOWs, change orders, and commercial delivery.
• Ability to discuss modern data architectures and cloud platform cost drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data & AI delivery from kickoff to production and steady state.
• Manage multi-workstream programs, budgets, risks, and client outcomes.
• Lead onshore/offshore teams of 8–25+ engineers and data professionals.
• Own client relationships and translate business objectives into technical strategies.
• Oversee architecture and delivery across Snowflake, Databricks, and modern data stack.
• Guide build‑vs‑buy decisions, technical debt, and architectural trade‑offs.
• Support pre‑sales pursuits and client presentations with delivery insights.
• Drive delivery quality with governance, documentation, and production readiness.
