Innodata is seeking a Data Delivery Manager in New Jersey to own the execution and delivery of human data solutions for AI/ML products. You will lead delivery from kickoff to completion, coordinating data operations, analysts, and SMEs across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical program/project management, delivery management, or data operations within AI/ML domains.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience in technical settings and cross-functional coordination.
• Proven ability to manage client-facing deliverables to exacting specs.
• Strong analytical skills with quality metrics and dataset-level analysis.
• Excellent client management and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned client engagements from kickoff through completion.
• Build and manage human data (annotation, labeling, evaluation datasets) for off-the-shelf AI/ML products.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Balance competing priorities across multiple clients/projects and resolve risks.
• Use quality metrics and acceptance criteria to drive improvements.
• Contribute to process and delivery improvements beyond day-to-day execution.
