Qualifications

10+ years of program/project management experience delivering complex AI/ML projects.
Hands-on Python coding experience.
5+ years leading cross-functional delivery teams.
Experience delivering AI from concept to production in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

Lead AI Delivery and Portfolio Management: direct delivery of AI initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and commitments.
Partner in AI-PDLC product development and cross-functional collaboration.
Coordinate cross-functional engineering, data science, and business teams.
Manage senior stakeholders, provide transparent reporting on status, risks and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with risk, information security and model governance policies.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the delivery team.
