Job summary

Accordion is seeking a Head of Data & AI Alliances to lead and scale our strategic partnership ecosystem across the technology platforms that power our Data & AI practice. This senior, high-visibility role reports into Commercial Excellence and a dotted line into D&A/AI, operating at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology partnerships, alliances, or business development.
• Established relationships at Snowflake, Microsoft, or major AI platform providers.
• Strong understanding of modern data stack and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own Accordion’s alliance strategy across data platform, cloud, and AI partners.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, co-sell arrangements, and joint GTM investments.
• Define and track alliance KPIs, including ARR influence, pipeline, and MDF utilization.
• Travel to client sites and partner events as needed.
