Job summary

ODL seeks a Senior Manager of Innovation and Data to lead the corporate AI and data agenda. You will partner with business units to identify automation opportunities and define a governance-first data strategy that enables analytics and trusted decision-making across the enterprise.

You will build a roadmap for innovation, oversee the data platform and BI efforts, and lead a small team while piloting emerging technologies across manufacturing locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technology product management, data and analytics leadership, or similar role.
• Experience partnering with business functions to deliver technology- and data-enabled outcomes.
• Experience owning data and analytics function, including data platform, pipelines, and BI delivery.
• Experience establishing or running a data governance program with data quality and stewardship.
• Experience evaluating and deploying emerging technology, including AI or intelligent automation.
• Experience building a function or team from the ground up in manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate innovation agenda (including AI) and enterprise data program with a prioritized investment view.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify friction and opportunities for automation.
• Build a value-driven roadmap for innovation, data, and AI with measurable outcomes.
• Establish enterprise data governance, ownership, definitions, quality standards, and policies.
• Own enterprise data platform and warehouse strategy, pipelines, and integrations.
• Lead analytics and BI toward a single source of truth and self-service insights.
• Define and govern AI use cases from selection to secure deployment.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies and report on practical value.
• Manage vendor relationships and pilots for new technology and data partners.
• Define lightweight intake and stage-gate processes with security alignment.
