Job summary

Accordion is building a world-class Data & Analytics capability to deliver end-to-end data platforms for private equity clients and their portfolio companies. The team leads multi-workstream programs, guiding architecture, governance, and delivery across Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure services.

You will manage diverse delivery teams, partner with executives, and shape solutions from data ingestion to insights, while driving commercial outcomes and fostering growth within the practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years technology delivery experience with data platforms/analytics
• Proven experience managing $1M–$5M+ multi-workstream programs
• Hands-on fluency with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure data services
• Ability to guide architecture and review technical decisions
• Experience with lakehouse/medallion architectures and governance
• Strong agile delivery skills and executive communication
• Nice to have FinOps, GDPR/CCPA, PE-backed environments
• MBA or certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large data platform programs including scope, timeline, budget, quality, risk and outcomes
• Serve as senior client relationship manager guiding executives through strategy and change requests
• Shape target-state architecture across Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric/Azure and adjacent tooling
• Provide architectural stewardship: lakehouse patterns, data contracts, CI/CD for data, observability and lineage
• Lead cross-functional agile teams (data engineering, analytics, platform ops) and coordinate onshore/offshore delivery
• Own commercial performance: SOW alignment, staffing, budgets, margin, risk and acceptance criteria
• Contribute to practice growth with playbooks, accelerators, pre-sales, proposals and client opportunities
• Support pursuits: scoping, estimating, staffing, and executive-level storytelling; act as technical authority
• Drive business development and recruitment; mentor team; travel as needed
