Job summary

Armanino Advisory LLC seeks a Delivery Director for D365 Business Central to lead end-to-end implementations and guide clients through rapid technology adoption. You will work across departments, design scalable processes, and mentor project teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires deep BC expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills, with travel as needed to serve clients nationwide.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Business, IT, related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience with D365 Business Central implementations.
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, managing teams and client engagements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for Armanino business and clients.

Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of D365 Business Central implementations, from project planning through go-live and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with internal departments and clients to identify business requirements and provide guidance on D365 BC.
Develop, document, and improve processes to enhance service delivery and knowledge sharing.
Act as trusted advisor to clients and teams with deep system knowledge and recommended solutions.
Provide regular project status reports and engage with clients to ensure satisfaction.
