Job summary

Armanino is seeking a Business Central Manager to lead full lifecycle D365 BC implementations for clients in Chicago. You will bridge technical BC setup with business needs, guiding cross-functional teams through planning, deployment, and post-implementation support.

You will leverage deep BC configuration knowledge, drive process improvements, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, IT, related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience with D365 Business Central implementations.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, managing teams and engagements.
• Deep knowledge of D365 Business Central configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
• Experience leading multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
• Microsoft certifications related to D365 BC are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of D365 Business Central implementations from planning to go-live and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define business requirements and align BC solutions.
• Document and improve processes to enhance service delivery and knowledge base.
