Job summary

Pearson Carter is seeking a senior D365 Business Central Team Lead to own delivery of multiple BC implementations across Europe, while mentoring consultants and developers. You’ll lead scoping, go-live, and workshops, maintaining hands-on BC configuration and testing.

The role focuses on Finance modules, multi-currency and consolidation, with responsibilities in project governance, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 10 years' Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV experience.
• Track record of leading 12 full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Business Central Finance.
• Experience across at least one additional BC area such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects/Jobs or Warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Own D365 Business Central implementations from initial scope through go-live.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery quality.
• Lead BC consultants and developers across multiple projects.
• Run customer workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Complete fit/gap analysis and translate requirements into designs.
• Take ownership of functional design and configuration.
