Job summary

Armanino Advisory LLC is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager for D365 Business Central to lead end-to-end implementations, optimize configurations, and drive value for clients. You will bridge technology with business strategy, guiding cross-functional teams and acting as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

You will oversee training programs, coordinate with Sales for demonstrations and SOWs, and stay current with BC releases to advise clients on new features and best practices.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years hands-on D365 Business Central implementations.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing teams and client engagements.
• Deep knowledge of D365 Business Central configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of D365 BC implementations from planning to go-live.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define business requirements.
• Develop and improve processes to enhance service delivery and knowledge base.
• Coordinate with Sales for demos, SOWs, and business development.
• Provide regular status reports and proactive client communications.
• Lead client and team meetings across staff to C-suite.
• Serve as main contact for all D365 BC inquiries and support.
• Design and deliver training programs on D365 BC for clients and staff.
• Stay updated on D365 BC releases and advise clients on new features.
