Job summary

Armanino LLP seeks a Delivery Director for D365 Business Central to lead end-to-end implementations, optimize delivery, and guide the delivery team across multiple client engagements. You will bridge technical depth with business strategy, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

The role requires 6+ years with D365 BC, 2+ years in leadership, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on with D365 Business Central implementations.
• 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing teams and client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of D365 BC configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strategic thinker with go-to-market execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of D365 Business Central implementations from planning to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to capture business requirements and align D365 BC capabilities.
• Develop and optimize standard processes, document best practices, and contribute to knowledge base.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients, providing recommendations aligned with goals and discussing status in regular updates.
• Facilitate client and team meetings, translating complex concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deliver comprehensive training to ensure client and staff proficiency in D365 Business Central.
