COLSA Corporation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of cybersecurity services, serving as the primary interface between Government leadership, stakeholders, technical teams, and contract partners to ensure successful execution and mission-critical results.

The position is contingent upon contract award with anticipated start in March 2027. A Bachelor's degree and 10–15 years in DoD program management are required, along with U.S. Citizenship and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 10–15 years of program management in DoD cybersecurity/IT.
• U.S. Citizenship required; Secret clearance required.
• Strong A&A, RMF, and NIST cyber standards knowledge.
• Proven ability to interface with Government leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience preparing executive briefings and reports.

Responsabilités

• Lead overall contracted effort with planning, guidance, oversight, and control.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity support services.
• Interface with Government program authorities and stakeholders regarding program and technical matters.
• Manage lifecycle of program activities from initiation to closeout.
• Oversee schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance to meet requirements.
• Support resource planning and workload coordination to meet priorities.
• Monitor performance, risks, issues, and dependencies and drive corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and overall performance.
