Job summary

COLSA seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of cybersecurity services in Albany, Georgia. The role serves as the primary interface with Government leadership, program stakeholders, technical teams, and contract partners to ensure successful execution and mission-critical support.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of progressively responsible program management experience in DoD cyber/IT, a Secret clearance, and robust knowledge of A&A, RMF, and NIST standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum of 10–15 years of progressively responsible program management experience in cybersecurity/IT within a DoD environment.
• U.S. Citizenship required; Secret clearance required.
• Strong understanding of A&A, RMF, NIST cybersecurity standards and federal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall contracted effort with planning, guidance, oversight and control.
• Coordinate planning, execution and delivery of cybersecurity support services.
• Interface with Government program authorities, senior managers, technical teams and stakeholders.
• Manage tasks across the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.
• Oversee implementation of program requirements, including schedules, milestones, deliverables and performance.
• Support resource planning, prioritization and workload coordination to meet requirements.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery and performance.
