Job summary

CSG is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead growth across Strategic CX Accounts in a remote-capable role in the United States. You will shape and execute account strategies to modernize how customers engage, support, and retain their end customers through AI-enabled CX—journey management, intelligent messaging, conversational AI, and digital engagement.

You will own and grow strategic CX accounts, build plans to expand adoption, and drive new revenue with both existing and new logos,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales in target markets (Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Cable/Telecommunications).
• Experience building senior-level partnerships and driving transformational change in CX.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic CX accounts.
• Build and execute account plans to expand adoption of CX solutions.
• Drive new CX revenue within existing accounts and acquire new logos.
• Lead end-to-end CX sales process with value-based proposals and ROI.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams and partner-led sales motions.
