Job summary

Decagon, a leading conversational AI platform, seeks a Strategic Account Executive to drive growth with the world's largest brands. You will operate autonomously, build your own pipeline, and tailor solutions with our engineering and deployment teams.

In this remote, full-time role, you will manage executive relationships, craft strategic account plans, and forecast revenue. Travel is moderate, compensation includes competitive OTE and equity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and expanding business with large, complex accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to speak the language of the C-suite.
• Consultative selling approach with a focus on value-based solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategy to break into and close key strategic logos for Decagon.
• Develop deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the customer organization.
• Understand the customer's business, challenges, and strategic priorities to uncover new opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Forecast and accurately report on pipeline and revenue.
• Develop and execute account plans to execute strategic deals.
• Provide feedback and insights to product and leadership teams to influence the roadmap.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry trends.
• Expect moderate travel.
