Job summary

Mark Anthony Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Planner to focus on the customer and align supply chain activities with sales. You will serve as the voice of the customer and link Sales and Supply Chain to ensure the right product at the right time across the order-to-cash process.

Responsibilities include leadership for service, demand, and inventory planning for the assigned region, developing distributor relationships, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Management.
• 3–4 years in customer service, logistics, inventory or demand planning.
• Experience coordinating with Sales and Distributors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for Sales and Distributors handling order-to-cash.
• Monitor SKU movement and inventory; advise on orders.
• Develop distributor relationships and support growth initiatives.
• Lead service, demand, and inventory planning for assigned region.
• Escalate roadblocks and ensure timely order fulfillment.
