Job summary

Diodes Incorporated seeks a Strategic Customer Planning Analyst to align customer demand with supply availability and delivery commitments. You will work closely with BU Planners, Customer Service, Sales, Manufacturing, and Operations to manage constraints and communicate supply status.

The role emphasizes strong analytical abilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the drive to improve delivery performance and revenue goals. Mandarin-English fluency is required to support global customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, customer planning, demand planning, production planning, or account supply management.
• Experience managing customer delivery commitments, shortage resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English and Mandarin across global teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary voice of supply to strategic customers and provide proactive communication on supply availability, shortages, and recovery plans.
• Lead weekly customer supply review meetings; discuss shortages, delivery commitments, and capacity constraints.
• Coordinate customer-facing communications related to supply risks and delivery performance.
