Job summary

McCormick & Company, headquartered in Hunt Valley, MD, seeks a Customer Supply Chain Process Planner in a hybrid (50/50) role to create and manage customer supply chain metrics, focusing on replenishment, forecasts, inventory and distribution with a view to improving efficiency and reducing costs.

You will develop superb reporting with Customer Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Sales, and Distribution, mentor a Supply Chain Analyst, and collaborate with customers to align goals and processes for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience with SAP/APO/Power BI/Tableau or similar ERP systems.
Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency.
Strong data analysis and translating data into insights.

Responsibilities

Develop reporting capabilities across internal departments to meet customer objectives.
Recommend system and settings improvements across customer data and replenishment.
Manage a portion of the Analyst’s time and develop performance-based goals.
Collaborate with customers and managers to align processes and gain insights.
Perform other duties as assigned.
