Job summary

Smarty is seeking a Customer Success Manager in our Orem, Utah office to partner with customers after the sale, drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion across an assigned territory.

You’ll collaborate with Account Executives, Support, Product, and Marketing to ensure customers realize value from our location data platform and to build lasting relationships that scale with our growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of customer success, account management, or related SaaS experience.
• Experience managing renewals and forecasting retention metrics.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM/CS tools.

Responsibilities

• Own renewal outcomes for customers within an assigned territory and address at-risk accounts.
• Serve as the primary post-sale contact for health, adoption, and satisfaction.
• Guide onboarding and initial usage strategies to accelerate time-to-value.
• Monitor usage data and surface renewal/expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on handoffs for new accounts.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers.
