Job summary

Smarty, a leader in location data intelligence, is seeking a VP of Customer Success to lead the Customer Success organization, own every post-sale relationship, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure customer needs shape our direction.

This is a full-time, onsite role in Orem, Utah. Expect a scalable operating model, measurable retention goals, and a data-driven view of customer health and risk as we build the function from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business, technical, or related field.
• 8+ years in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years leading teams and driving customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own GRR/NRR, churn, and customer health scoring.
• Build onboarding programs and playbooks to shorten time-to-value for enterprise accounts.
• Own renewal Forecast, pricing conversations within guidelines, and at-risk account escalation.
