Siro is hiring a Customer Success Manager in New York City to lead onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success for field sales teams deploying our AI-first platform. You will be the trusted partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Data Science, ensuring customers realize value and renewals.

This is a cross-functional role that rewards initiative and strong relationship-building. You will own the customer journey from initial rollout to expansion, coaching users at all levels, and translating

Qualifications

2+ years in customer-facing roles owning outcomes (B2B SaaS, consulting, or account management).
Strong communication across audiences including executives.
Ability to articulate data visually and verbally for customers and peers.
Experience deploying software across teams and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

Onboard and manage multiple stakeholders during deployment of AI-first software.
Train and coach users from front-line to executive levels.
Own Gross Dollar Retention metrics and drive adoption.
Develop expertise in practical LLM applications.
Collaborate with Solutions Eng and Data Science to expand value.
Run CS plays and improve processes with creativity.
Act as the hub for customer needs across functions.
Ensure clear, persuasive communication to all audiences.
Travel about 10–15% to customer sites.
