Mom’s Meals | A Purfoods Company is seeking a Customer Success Manager to cultivate strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and maximize value of our home-delivered meal solutions. You will be the trusted advisor and primary contact across the customer lifecycle, coordinating cross‑functional efforts to reduce churn and expand partnerships.

Remote-friendly role requiring occasional travel to our headquarters in Ankeny, IA for orientation and quarterly meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or related roles.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Monitor customer health metrics and address risks proactively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage implementation of new and incremental services for clients.
