Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships, drive satisfaction, and maximize value from our meals and services. You will be the primary contact across the lifecycle and guide implementations with cross‑functional teams.

This role requires strategic thinking, problem solving, and a customer‑first mindset. Occasional travel to Ankeny, IA for onboarding is expected; remote options may be considered with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or related roles.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Conduct operational check-ins and drive issue resolution.
• Develop understanding of customer goals and needs.
• Monitor customer health metrics and address risks proactively.
• Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Reduce churn through proactive engagement and resolution.
• Assist with onboarding and transitions to ongoing support teams.
• Collaborate across sales, operations, and implementation teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and report on metrics.
