Job summary

Clayton Home Building Group seeks a Customer Success Manager to drive market strategy and partner engagement, connecting customers with home building facilities to sustain growth and brand loyalty.

The role blends traditional sales with customer experience excellence, coaching partners, improving product and inventory processes, and delivering value through training and insights across channels.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (2 year) preferred in business, sales, economics, marketing, or similar majors that require data-based decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree (4 year) a plus.
• 3+ years of work experience in Sales, Marketing Research, Market Intelligence, or Consulting.
• Must have great communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Create market and product strategy by studying markets, market share potentials, and growth potentials in assigned territories.
• Drive sales and growth in assigned markets to meet budgeted production run rate.
• Develop understanding of target audiences – attitudes, behaviors, needs, and engagement opportunities.
• Manage knowledge of products, inventory, merchandising, promotions and adjust as needed.
• Coach retail partners on digital and social media best practices to ensure brand exposure.
