Job summary

Centric Software seeks a Customer Success Consultant to support onboarding and ongoing success for our AI-driven Retail Planning and Pricing SaaS platform. You will combine merchandising knowledge with analytics to help customers realize value, spanning implementation, adoption and long-term relationships.

The role involves collaboration with solution architects, data science and project managers, and may require remote or on-site engagement. Travel may be occasional.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, management, merchandising or related field.
• Experience in retail merchandising and consulting, preferably fashion/lifestyle.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning; can translate processes into solutions.
• Fluent business English and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of 5–10 customers with strategic roadmaps.
• Lead onboarding and drive ongoing customer success after go-live.
• Collaborate with architects, data science, and PMs to tailor solutions.
• Create a detailed business blueprint mapping client processes to the platform.
• Develop improvement suggestions based on gaps in client processes.
• Analyze markdown and inventory results and understand AI model outputs.
• Lead quarterly reviews, training, and upgrades with remote/on-site visits.
• Coordinate with Customer Support on satisfaction and feedback.
• Document configurations and change requests for internal follow-ups.
• Provide feedback to Product teams to improve processes.
• Assist account managers on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Track time and effort per customer accurately.
