Job summary

Centric Software seeks a Customer Success Consultant to support onboarding and ongoing success for our AI-driven Retail Planning and Pricing SaaS platform. You’ll combine business consulting with merchandising and pricing analytics to help customers adopt the solution and realise its value, spanning implementation, product adoption and long‑term relationships.

You’ll own a portfolio of 5–10 customers, lead quarterly business reviews, and collaborate with architects, data science and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, merchandising or related field.
• Experience in retail merchandising and consulting, preferably within fashion and lifestyle.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with ability to translate customer processes into solution designs and roadmaps.
• Solution-oriented approach with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments and Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of BI tools.
• Business-fluent English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; customers are primarily served remotely.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of 5–10 customers, building strategic relationships and roadmaps.
• Lead onboarding, helping customers adopt the platform effectively.
• Collaborate with solution architects, data science and engineering teams to define configurations.
• Create and maintain business blueprints mapping customer structures to the solution.
• Identify gaps and opportunities and propose configuration changes.
• Analyse markdown and inventory optimisation results and explain AI model recommendations.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, user training, and upgrades, remotely or on site as needed.
• Coordinate with Customer Support to maintain satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Document configurations, incidents, feature requests, and change requests.
