Job summary

Centric Software is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to support onboarding and ongoing success for our AI-driven Retail Planning and Pricing SaaS platform. You’ll combine business consulting with pricing analytics to help customers adopt the solution and realize its value.

This role spans implementation, product adoption and long-term customer relationships, requiring travel occasionally and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or merchandising required.
• Experience in retail merchandising and consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent business English.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of 5–10 customers, building strategic relationships and roadmaps.
• Lead onboarding and ensure customer adoption of the AI-driven Retail Planning and Pricing platform.
• Collaborate with solution architects, data science and engineering teams to define configurations.
• Create and maintain a detailed business blueprint mapping customer structures to the solution.
• Identify gaps in customer processes and recommend improvements.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, user training and change requests, on-site as needed.
• Coordinate with Customer Support to maintain satisfaction and collect feedback via surveys.
• Document configurations, incidents, feature requests and follow-ups with internal teams.
• Provide feedback to Product teams to improve processes and requirements management.
• Partner with account managers on upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
