Job summary

Centric Software in Austin, TX is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to support onboarding and ongoing success for our AI-driven Retail Planning and Pricing SaaS platform. You will blend business consulting with merchandise planning, pricing and analytics to help customers realize value and adopt the solution.

This role spans implementation, product adoption and long-term relationships, with opportunities to collaborate across architects, data science, and account teams, and to travel

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and consulting, preferably within fashion and lifestyle.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning; map customer processes to designs and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.
• Comfort in SaaS environments and familiarity with MS Office and BI tools.
• Business-fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of 5–10 customers with strategic roadmaps.
• Lead onboarding and drive platform adoption.
• Collaborate with architects, data science and PMs to define the solution.
• Create and maintain a business blueprint mapping structures and processes.
• Identify gaps and propose configuration improvements.
• Analyse markdown and inventory optimization results and AI models.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, training, changes and upgrades remotely or on-site.
• Coordinate with Customer Support to maintain satisfaction and collect feedback.
• Document configurations, incidents, requests and follow-up.
• Provide feedback to Product and improve processes.
• Collaborate with account managers on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Track customer-specific time and effort.
