Centric Software seeks a Customer Success Consultant for Retail Planning and Pricing. You will onboard customers, align on pricing and analytics, and sustain long-term relationships across the product lifecycle.

Collaborate with architects, data science, and engineers to tailor AI-driven planning solutions. You’ll manage 5–10 clients, drive adoption, and lead quarterly business reviews while travelling occasionally to client sites as needed.

Formación

• Experience in retail merchandising and consulting, preferably within fashion and lifestyle.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with the ability to translate customer processes into solution designs and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with customers and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage a portfolio of 5–10 customers, building strategic relationships and long-term roadmaps.
• Lead onboarding, defining configurations and best-fit solutions with architects, data science and engineering teams.
• Create and maintain a detailed business blueprint mapping customer structures and requirements to the platform.
• Identify gaps in customer processes and recommend configuration changes or improvements.
• Analyze markdown and inventory optimization results and understand the AI models behind recommendations.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, user training, change requests and upgrades, remotely or on-site as needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to maintain satisfaction and gather feedback via surveys.
• Document configurations, incidents, feature requests and changes with timely internal follow-up.
• Provide feedback to Product teams to improve customer success and project management processes.
• Work with account managers on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
