Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer success or account management experience in technology or SaaS platforms.
• Direct experience with or for the NYPD or similar top-5 U.S. city police department.
• Proven ability to manage the full customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the SoundThinking NYPD account across the entire customer lifecycle.
• Drive contract renewals by demonstrating business case value of technologies.
• Partner with customers to measure and communicate outcome metrics.
