The Group Product Director leads a team to identify customer barriers and develop innovative solutions that accelerate therapy adoption across care sites and payers, partnering with Brand Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to embed readiness into launch planning and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required and an MBA preferred; minimum 10 years of business experience with 8+ years in marketing.
• Healthcare/pharma/healthcare innovation leadership experience is required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix environments with strong executive communication.
• Ability to translate customer insights into scalable business solutions and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Strategic Customer Solutions vision, priorities, and operating model.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across Market Access, Brand Marketing, Medical Affairs, Health IT, and more.
• Serve as primary SCS representative in launch readiness planning and strategic account initiatives.
• Develop customer-focused strategies and innovative solutions to accelerate adoption and access.
