ITT Aerospace Controls LLC is seeking a Manager of Customer Service and Demand Management in Valencia, CA. You will lead the Customer Service and Demand Management teams, drive order execution, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to meet customer needs worldwide.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer relationships, and process improvements in aerospace environments, with a focus on delivering high levels of service and strategic growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in business or technical field; MBA is desirable.
4–10 years related experience and/or training.
3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong understanding of aerospace systems, components, and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

Lead customer service and inside sales activities for order management and delivery.
Coordinate across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance.
Develop and coach Customer Service and Demand Management teams.
Maintain proactive communication on order status, risks, and resolutions.
Oversee KPIs for on-time delivery, backlog, and customer satisfaction.
Support ERP/CRM projects and digital transformation initiatives.
