ITT Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the inside sales and order management teams for ITT Aerospace Controls products worldwide.

The role drives customer satisfaction, delivery performance, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance. The ideal candidate will have aerospace knowledge, 4–10 years of leadership experience, and strong CRM and analytics skills to optimize order execution and demand management, while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field; MBA desirable.
4 to 10 years related experience and/or training.
3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of aerospace systems, components, and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

Lead customer service and inside sales for order management, delivery and shipment of ITT Aerospace Controls products.
Develop and coach the Customer Service and Customer Demand Management teams to high performance and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Finance to align with customer requirements.
Oversee order entry, fulfillment, backlog management and shipment execution.
Drive improvements in on-time delivery, KPIs, and escalation management.
